Hi, I’m Jena, the designer behind Gloss Design Studio.
I’m based in Newport Beach, California, and I work directly with every client from the first conversation through the final design and launch.
I’ve spent more than 20 years working in design and creative fields, with a background that includes professional graphic design, creative direction, education, and entrepreneurship. I previously worked as a Creative Director at The Walt Disney Company, hold an MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design, and have extensive experience in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and creating design systems that are both beautiful and functional.
I’m also familiar with the beauty industry, its visual trends, and the importance of creating a brand experience that feels current without becoming dated six months later.
But just as important, Gloss Design Studio is intentionally personal.
You won't be passed between salespeople, account managers, and designers. When you hire Gloss, you work directly with me.
And because I’m local to Newport Beach, I'm nearby and accessible when you need support.
